Kalender.digital 2.0

Calendar.digital is a free online calendar designed for teams and groups, allowing easy access via access links without the need for login credentials.

Each access link is structured according to the following pattern: https://calendar.digital/68dbf6166ace2865ccd7

Each access link comes with specific permissions such as Administrator, Editor, or Reader.

The Administrator link enables you to manage your calendar easily. You can bookmark this link on all your devices for quick access. The Editor or Reader links can be shared with your team members.

Additional settings can be configured for each access link, including:

• Permissions for specific sub-calendars
• Password protection for added security
• Default view of the access link
• Custom string of the link. For example: https://calendar.digital/sports

In the dashboard view of the Calendar.digital app, you can add existing access links or register a new calendar. In the latter case, the Administrator link is automatically added to the dashboard.

You can access the dashboard at any time from the calendar by clicking on the button located in the upper left corner.

To access a calendar's settings, simply open the calendar using the Administrator link and then click on the gear icon at the top right.

Calendar.digital offers a free basic version. The paid Plus/Premium version unlocks additional features such as:
